This is an excellent hotel. It’s located just metres from the main train station which was an absolute bonus for me as I was travelling solo and I arrived in Pisa after midnight. I stayed here twice, on my first night in Tuscany and also on my final night. One room was quite small but very modern, the second, huge, slightly more dated but with views over the main square outside the station. I loved it here. Breakfast was incredible. I left my mobile phone charger on my first visit and they kept it for me and delivered it to me safely on my return. The late checkout at 12 was so very useful and the envy of my fellow travellers who were in other accommodation.

We stayed in Superior room and it was perfect to us. Nice room, comfy bed, spacy and clean bathroom. Make sure you do not miss breakfasts as they are really really nice. But in case you do not need much in the morning there is a bistro just next corner. The place opposite the Station is a bit busy, but it is so handy to be so close if you plan like us to go to Firenze or sea side. There were doubled glass balcony doors, so it was completely quiet during nights. But we kept them closed of course. All the hotel staff we met were really professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

The reception team are especially welcoming and friendly and speak English well. Francesco made suggestions of where we could visit and another colleague advised on places to eat in the evening. Even when very busy with guests, the team are very polite and helpful. The room was large and airy and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.. The location is so close to the Central station (2 mins walking with luggage) and you can still walk to the main tourist sights (20-30 minutes)

They all spoke great English and had no problem in helping with any questions I had or phoning taxis for me. My phone charger broke whilst there and the reception staff gave me one to use for free for the rest of my stay! The room was big and spacious and we loved the big bath in our bathroom!

The beds were really comfy however we preferred the facilities in the second room we stayed in. Everything of interest is easily walkable from the hotel.
