NH Pisa

The reception team are especially welcoming and friendly and speak English well. Francesco made suggestions of where we could visit and another colleague advised on places to eat in the evening. Even when very busy with guests, the team are very polite and helpful. The room was large and airy and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.. The location is so close to the Central station (2 mins walking with luggage) and you can still walk to the main tourist sights (20-30 minutes)

This is an excellent hotel. It’s located just metres from the main train station which was an absolute bonus for me as I was travelling solo and I arrived in Pisa after midnight. I stayed here twice, on my first night in Tuscany and also on my final night. One room was quite small but very modern, the second, huge, slightly more dated but with views over the main square outside the station. I loved it here. Breakfast was incredible. I left my mobile phone charger on my first visit and they kept it for me and delivered it to me safely on my return. The late checkout at 12 was so very useful and the envy of my fellow travellers who were in other accommodation.

The location was very close to the train station which was very nice. I have been to Pisa before and knew the area pretty well and will say looking at everything we were in a really good location. The room was fantastic and nice with everything you need and was very comfy and cozy.

Central Train Station is super close (just across the street). The breakfast is good and varied (from croissants, Nutella to cheese and gluten-free products). The receptionist (Jolanda) is super friendly, kind, and professional. She cares for the guests and their well-being. The Hotel is very clean. The cleaning staff is working very hard to make a Hotel sparkling clean. Thank you Jolanda for helping that my stay at NH Pisa is a positive experience.
